Welcome to Driver Theory Test ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Driver Theory Test.

2. Description of Service

Driver Theory Test is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for driver theory tests through practice questions, quizzes, and learning materials. The App offers:

• Multiple choice practice questions
• Learning mode with progress tracking
• Quiz mode with customizable settings
• Free access: 1 quiz attempt and 10 learning questions
• Premium subscription: Unlimited access to all features

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Access

The App provides limited free access including:

• One (1) complete quiz attempt
• Access to ten (10) learning questions
• Basic progress tracking

3.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscription provides:

• Unlimited quiz attempts
• Unlimited learning questions
• Full progress tracking
• Access to all features

3.3 Subscription Details

Premium subscriptions are available in the following durations:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

3.4 Payment and Auto-Renewal

• No Free Trial: There is no free trial period. Payment is charged immediately upon subscription purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Pricing: Subscription prices vary by country and are displayed in your local currency through the App Store.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Select Driver Theory Test subscription
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period

3.6 No Refunds

All subscription purchases are final. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Account and Usage

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your subscription with others
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, questions, and software, is the property of Driver Theory Test or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

The App is designed as a study aid for driver theory tests. While we strive for accuracy:

• Content is for educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any official test
• Official rules and regulations may change
• You should consult official sources for authoritative information
• We are not affiliated with any official testing authority

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIVER THEORY TEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or data loss
• Failure to pass any official test

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• RevenueCat: For subscription management and payment processing
• Apple App Store: For app distribution and payment processing
• Firebase Analytics: For app usage analytics

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• Significant changes will be notified through the App or via email
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service
• Any other reason at our discretion

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in Ireland
3. Each party bears its own costs

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Driver Theory Test regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
